We have a not very dependable Maytag washer and dryer. On each of our three warranty visits the Maytag man was indeed a middle-aged white male but he was nothing like the picture above. He was sweaty, smelly, unshaven and his shirt tail hung out. He was so bad I was afraid to let him use our bathroom.
