SIVACRACY.NET: Vote the Piano Man off the Island

The confluence of one major cultural event (the culmination of Flavor Flav’s TV show; no surprise that the most distinctive sidekick in hip-hop has become a star and rare justification of the celebrity-oriented side of the reality genre) and one minor one (the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame induction, at which rockers receive their proverbial gold watch) encouraged me to use the tools of the former to call out the inherent lack of discernment of the latter.
Or as Flav would have it, whose time is up at the Hall of Fame? Check the list here, and vote out any of the artists who you think deserve to be limbo-ed out of Rock ‘n’ Roll Heaven.
Also, vote in any musicians or groups who you think have been unjustifiably omitted. According to the Hall’s rules, anyone who released an album during or before 1981 is eligible.
