LOL! Seriously though, I think blogging might be partially to blame, but before that it was web searching and before that Solitaire and before that water-cooler discussion so I don't think that's the whole story. I think it has a lot to do with people being overworked, doing the equivalent of what used to be 4-5 jobs. You can't help but feel constantly snowed under in those conditions.
