Sunstein vs. Volokh on the political practices of blogs

I hate to say it, but I think Gene won this one. I usually agree with about 10 percent of what he argues. The remaining 90 percent is usually scary and creepy.

I have heard Cass make this case a number of times in a number of ways (including in two versions of his book Republic.com). I remain unsold, mostly because I don't think there was every a better time for political discourse.
