The great Lou Reed has married his fabulous long-time partner Laurie Anderson!
Whenever Kembrew McLeod and I get together, we remind each other that we have the best jobs in the world, largely because our jobs have allowed us to get to know such amazing people as Suzanne Vega, George Clinton, Chuck D, and Laurie Anderson. I met Laurie a few months back at a great round-table discussion hosted by the Institute for the Future of the Book and the Mellon Foundation. She is a really cool and nice person, as you might imagine.
